Inspired from the very last lecture given by Ex-President of India, a innovative teacher, renowned scientist and a dedicated soul-Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, this initiative was renamed from “Let’s Green Our City” to “Livable Planet earth” devised in pursuit of a clean and green environment, and pollutants free water systems. Today the world is rapidly consuming the stocks of fuel, gas, coal, uranium and the air/water quality is degrading at alarming levels.

This initiative encourages school kids to share their ideas of creating liveable planet earth through essay writing and painting competitions. Regular plantation drives are a part of this initiative which tries to spread awareness related to sustainable development, water conservation, rural development, and a safer world for women and children. We have conducted this initiative in more than 50 schools so far in different parts of the country.
